Delivery Information

Do I Have to Be Home to Receive My Order?

For raw dog food orders, we recommend being home to ensure the items are placed in the freezer promptly, as they are perishable.

If you can’t be home, you can nominate (via the courier’s app) to leave the delivery with a neighbour. Please note that you will be responsible for the condition of the items if left unattended.

Ensure all your delivery details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Free Delivery on orders over £20 (£2.99 for orders under £20).
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail (1-2 working days).
- Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders after 3 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day- Monday.
